I am a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed School Psychologist and a Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist, dedicated to providing quality assessments and therapeutic treatments to my clients. My expertise stems from a combination of doctoral level education, specialized training, and experience in clinical and school settings. My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, ensuring that both assessments and treatment plans are grounded in the latest research to deliver effective results.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience conducting psychological evaluations for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, including assessments for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and learning disorders in reading, writing or math. I approach evaluations thoughtfully and clearly, with the goal of providing meaningful insight and helpful next steps.

While my therapy work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also value the relational approach of Narrative Therapy. Together, we look at patterns of thinking and behavior while also exploring the stories you’ve carried about yourself and your experiences. I also have a strong interest in the mind-body connection, and I strive to help clients notice how their thoughts trigger an emotional response as well as a physical response.
