File a Consumer Complaint with the Texas Office of the Attorney General

Insurance & Payment Information

When using insurance for mental health services, it’s important to understand what is and isn’t covered by your plan. While I will review your benefits and share any information I have, it is important for you to confirm the specifics with your insurance provider. Please note that the insurance company’s final decision on payment will only be made after they process the claim. This means any information I provide is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.

To make sure you fully understand your benefits, it’s helpful to contact your insurance company directly. You can use the following procedure codes when speaking with them:

• Initial Session Code: 90791

• Therapy Session Codes: 90834 (standard therapy) and 90837 (longer therapy sessions)

• Psychological Evaluation Codes: 96130, 96131, 96136, 96137

Some clients choose not to use insurance for a variety of reasons, including privacy, flexibility in care, or because certain services—such as cognitive training—are not covered by insurance plans.

If you’re not using insurance, please let me know and I’ll provide a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. Also, if I’m not in-network with your insurance provider and you wish to seek reimbursement, I can provide documentation you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Telepsychology/Telehealth and in-person sessions are offered. Psychological evaluations are conducted in-person.

I provide psychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disorders, &Intellectual Developmental Disorder.

I provide therapy for a variety of emotional and stress-related disorders for children, adolescents, and adults including depression and anxiety. I provide social skills training for any teen who demonstrate a need to strengthen interpersonal skills. However, adolescents with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD often need this skills training. I provide cognitive training for anyone struggling with inattention.
